Irrefutable Evidence and Undeniable Truth Will Not Stop the Liars from Lying

The lie that our elections are “safe and secure” is in the process of being blown wide open and soon, the real election deniers will be fully exposed and unable to maintain the ruse any longer. We the people know it, and the liars and the cheaters know it, but irrefutable evidence and the undeniable truth will not stop the liars from lying.

Tip of the Iceberg or Isolated Incident?

When Governor Mikie Sherrill called a press conference recently to announce that New Jersey had discovered 6,600 noncitizens had been registered to vote through its Motor Vehicle Commission (MVC) beginning in 2023, she did her best imitation of an authentic truth teller. She was unconvincing. Mikie Sherrill came forward for one reason: it is clear that the Trump Administration is dead serious about securing verifiable elections for the people of the United States. Disclosure of the evidence that New Jersey’s elections are not secure would be less painful for her in the short term than the consequences of trying to hide it. She did, however, seek to minimize the 400 noncitizens, who she said had actually voted, by hastening to add it wasn’t enough to sway the results of any election. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Markwayne Mullin reported his Department projects New Jersey’s number of noncitizens registered to vote is closer to 35,000. Who do you believe?

Sherrill blamed a “software glitch” from a company contracted with the MVC, a charge the company vigorously denied. The vendor, IDEMIA, a French company, has 3 multimillion-dollar contracts with New Jersey spanning a period from 2010 – 2027. They have already been paid more than $61 million to do fingerprinting for the state police; and fingerprinting, background checks, and other services for state agencies in addition to the voter registration work. IDEMIA also has contracts with the Federal government.

Sherrill is one of many Governors who have refused to work with the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice to verify proper voter roll maintenance. Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillion is undeterred: "States that continue to defy Federal voting laws interfere with our mission of ensuring that Americans have accurate voter lists as they go to the polls, that every vote counts equally, and that all voters have confidence in election results. At this Department of Justice, we will not stand for this open defiance of Federal civil rights laws."  Last Tuesday Sherrill revealed herself to be little more than a political operative when she stated emphatically she will not turn over the names of those who are illegally registered or voted illegally to the Department of Justice under the pretense of protecting their privacy.

Just three days after Sherrill’s disclosure of noncitizen voting, the New Jersey Globe broke the news on July 24 that 75,000 noncitizens are summoned for jury duty in the state every year according to state government data. The news organization noted this finding broadens the controversy over “government data bases that may incorrectly identify noncitizens as eligible voters and jurors.”  The unconcerned response of the responsible government officials to the report was alarming and inappropriate. They claimed that there is “no indication noncitizens have served…” and tried to allay the concerns of New Jersey citizens by detailing the “safeguards” that were put in place in the 1990’s. They include a questionnaire, which simply asks the potential juror to declare he/she is a citizen; an “orientation” to the role of juror that reinforces jurors must be citizens; and the option for lawyers and judges to ask potential jurors about their citizenship during Voir Dire (the process during which potential jurors are questioned to determine their suitability to serve on the panel). There is no proof of citizenship requirement as part of the New Jersey vetting process. The ridiculous claim that no noncitizens have served as jurors cannot possibly be verified.

On July 27 the Western Journal reported that Marly Hornik, founder of New York Citizens Audit, publicized the results of her organization’s examination of 1 million of the 2.2 million votes cast in New York’s 2025 election.  They found a large number of unqualified or non-existent voters. 7% of those who cast ballots had no record of their existence and 10% did not live in New York City.  In total, 230,000 illegal votes were identified, which exceeded Zohran Mamdani’s 207,000 vote margin of victory over Andrew Cuomo, who ran as an Independent.  Hornik stressed that she was not claiming Mamdani did not win the race for Mayor.  Rather, the New York State Board of Elections cannot verify that he did win based on this extensive review of a significant sample of voter data. In response to Hornik’s work, Dr. Naomi Wolf, former advisor to Bill Clinton and Al Gore, posted on X, “I’ve been trying and trying to tell you this…So much more fraud than this.”  Hornik has forwarded her findings to Federal authorities.

New Jersey has been forced to disclose that there have been noncitizens on its voting rolls and in its pool of potential jurors for years. No thinking American would believe this is an isolated incident in one state without the rigorous review that is necessary. Serious questions of fraud have been raised in the election that resulted in a Democratic Socialist Mayor of New York.  DHS estimates there are nearly 200,000 noncitizens on the voter rolls in California, nearly 16,000 in Nevada, and nearly 15,000 in Pennsylvania. Maintaining pristine registered voter lists that contain only the names of citizens who are currently eligible to vote in every state is a much larger issue than keeping non-citizens off the rolls. It includes maintenance procedures that regularly scrub the rolls of people who have died, moved to another state, been convicted of a felony, declared incompetent or any other status change that disqualifies them to vote.

Deflect. Deflect. Deflect.

The American people expect elections to have verifiable results. The ability to tie an eligible voter to every vote cast is absolutely essential for citizens to peacefully accept election results they are unhappy about. As more system problems are exposed, the demands of the people to fix them grow louder and more determined. Last week the Gallup organization released results from a recent survey that found nearly three-quarters of Americans (73%) report at least a fair amount of concern about multiple aspects of the election process, with Republicans, Democrats and Independents all expressing similar levels of concern. The media, politicians, political parties, and others invested in the status quo show no interest in the truth. As they move further and further away from the people on election integrity, their motivations must be presumed to be lust for power and the willingness to cheat to acquire it. Rather than roll up their sleeves and become part of the solution, they deflect, deflect, deflect.

In the aftermath of his state’s embarrassing revelation, New Jersey Democratic Senator Cory Booker was asked about his opposition to the SAVE Act. He and all his fellow Democrats have been obstructing the bill’s passage, which would make photo ID and proof of citizenship the law, despite these measures having the support of about 80% of the American people. Booker didn’t hesitate to spout the Party line that Trump is trying to centralize power and take the responsibility for elections away from the states.

Booker fully understands that the Supremacy Clause in Article VI of the Constitution gives the Federal government overriding power when a state stands as a roadblock to the main goals and purposes of Federal law, but lying comes easy to him. The National Voter Registration Act of 1993 is a Federal law with a stated purpose to “ensure that accurate and current voter registration rolls are maintained.”  The interest of the Federal Department of Justice in verifying the accuracy of state voter registration lists is fully within its legitimate authority, yet Cory Booker and his Democratic colleagues are determined to stop Trump any way they can, including denying the American people verifiable elections.

Deflection in Wisconsin took a different turn when Don Millis, Chair of the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC), chose to issue a memo to Wisconsin voters last month warning them not to participate in the increasingly popular “prediction markets,” such as Kalshi, by predicting who will win an election and then voting in that election. He said it may violate a state law from 1849 that prohibits voting in elections if one has bets or wagers on the outcome. Kalshi pushed back hard calling it “not only dishonest fearmongering, it is blatant voter suppression and damaging to democracy.”  The WEC chose this topic to focus on despite noting there are “ongoing legal disagreements on whether prediction markets are ‘bets’” but since there is “more than a zero chance” the courts will say they are betting platforms “our job is to alert voters to that possibility.”  The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel provided a contrived air of importance with nearly half a page of ink dedicated to this nonsense while they persistently ignore the real story of WEC’s refusal to remove the more than 4 million ineligible voter names from the Registered Voter List that make verifiable elections impossible.

Dan O’Donnell, a Milwaukee radio talk show host, was pumped on July 21 when he promised his listeners a “Dan O’Donnell exclusive” with breaking news on election integrity. He went on to breathlessly describe how a handful of absentee envelopes ended up in Muskego, New Berlin, and Pleasant Prairie containing ballots from the wrong communities. O’Donnell did all he could to make the story as big as possible… “a number of sources” were feeding him the information in real time. It did not appear to be clerks’ office errors. The municipalities had notified the police and the WEC. He speculated at length about how this mishap might have occurred. The story fizzled out over the next few days; it was called human error rather than fraudulent intent.

Donald Trump needs serious help in the fight for election integrity. Have you ever heard Dan O’Donnell use his microphone to apply much needed public pressure on the legislators, political parties, and the WEC to clean up the voter rolls and correct the other significant problems with Wisconsin’s voting system? Has he ever educated his listeners on the flaws in the system and the threats they pose? He prefers to create the illusion he is on the cutting edge of breaking election news, rather than risk the wrath of the powerful people who are responsible for threatening our freedom. Expect him to be among the first to falsely claim he led the charge in Wisconsin when we win the hard-fought battle for verifiable elections.

One Step at a Time…Keep the Pedal to the Metal

Resistance to verifiable elections remains intense among those who cheat to win. It appears the Democratic Party will have failed in its attempt to block Democratic Socialist Francesca Hong, an unqualified radical, from being their nominee for Wisconsin Governor in November. Their motivation to cheat will be as high as it has ever been. It will be their only path to winning, and we cannot allow that to happen.

Full restoration of election integrity will be achieved in steps, with the two most urgent reform priorities being photo ID and proof of citizenship. In-person voting, same day election results, scrupulous voter rolls, and every other element critical to elections the people can trust will come next.

The American voters know that election results that cannot be verified as reflecting the will of the people are one of the greatest threats to freedom. Nevertheless, the resistors continue to resist and the reason is obvious. They know that American voters who have the ability to put them in office and remove them at will are the greatest threat to their power.
